REUTERS/Jason Lee Toyota is trying to expand its sales of the Toyota Camry and Camry Hybrid to a new market, and the new Toyota Tacoma is one of the vehicles it is pitching to buy.
The Tacoma is an electric truck that can travel more than 300 miles (482 km) on a single charge, and it will be one of several electric trucks Toyota is marketing in China, Reuters reported.
The new Tacoma is not only cheaper than gasoline-powered models, but it is also more efficient, according to Reuters.
A Toyota spokesperson told Reuters that the Tacoma’s price tag is “well below the price of gas-powered trucks and hybrids.”
However, it could be that the new Tacoma will be a better deal than the Toyota Tacoma, which is $39,995.
The Tacoma is a hybrid with a six-speed manual transmission and comes with a $1,800 option to upgrade to the optional four-wheel drive system.
The Toyota Tacoma has a range of about 160 miles (270 km) at a maximum speed of 55 mph (80 km/h).
The Toyota Camaro is a more expensive vehicle with a range between 80 and 220 miles (180 to 270 km).
The Nissan Sentra is also a hybrid and can go up to 180 miles (290 km) and can also go 100 mph (160 km/hr).
But the Nissan Senta has a lower price tag, but is also less efficient and less fuel efficient than the Tacoma.
In addition to the Toyota trucks, the new Camry, Camry Hatchback, Camrys, and Toyota Tacoma will also be sold in China.
The company is selling about 7,000 units of the Tacoma a week in the country.
The Camry is expected to be the top seller, with sales of nearly 5 million units.
The Camry was originally introduced in the United States in 2017.
It can travel up to 300 miles on a charge and it is designed for people who commute by bike or by taking public transportation.
In China, Toyota will also offer a cheaper hybrid version of the Camry called the Lexus NX.
It is not expected to have a comparable range, however.
